How do you deliver the hair products and how long does the order-processing take?
EUROstyleWigs delivers all lace wigs by FEDEX or DHL.
Since all orders are custom-processed based on the customers’ measurements, it will take about 45- 50 business days to be completed.

**Import Duties, Taxes on International Shipments**
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country; we have no control over such charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information regarding any taxes or duties for which you would be liable.
Additional Shipping Charges
For shipments returned to us due to incorrect address information or refusal upon delivery, there will be a $20 fee automatically charged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in the event of a return of any kind.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please email eurostylewigs@gmail.com
Can I change the shipping address that I used when I placed the order?
If you want to change your shipping address, you should send us an email to notify us of the change within 24 hours from the time when the order was placed. If you don't notify us within this time frame, we will ship your order to your shipping address that was used when you first placed the order. If you do not receive the wig as a result of the changed address, we are not to be held responsible.
Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
When your wig has been shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided; the tracking number will be attached in the email and you can check the status of the shipment.
Can orders be delivered to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
We are unable to provide delivery to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO addresses).
Do you offer overnight delivery?
Sorry, we do not offer overnight shipping currently.
