Exchange Policy

What wigs can be exchanged?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving the hair, and ONLY eligible wigs can be exchanged. (Altered Packaging or Product, Worn, or Damaged items are not eligible for exchange.)

 

How to exchange the wig?

Normally a wig with lace that is uncut and intact can be exchanged, but CSR needs to check whether the wig is complete and eligible. To help you exchange the wig, please email us at eurostylewigs@gmail.com and follow CSR’s guide. We are not responsible for any loss!

 

Please read carefully:

  1. Customers can enjoy a one-time free exchange (Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility). Any price difference regarding the exchange wig will be paid by the customer.
  2. 10% handling fee for the 2nd exchange. 15% for the 3rd exchange. More than 3 times exchange request is not accepted.
  3. Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the day it was authorized for an exchange. After 7 days we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no exchange is necessary.

*For those self-return or self-exchange items, our customer service has the right to refuse.

 

 

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products (Altered Packaging or Product, Worn, or Damaged items are not eligible for return). 

A return handling fee will be applied for all products returned for refund.

Once your item is returned, you have two choices: 

  • Store Credit - $0 fee if you return your item for store credit to be used for a future order(s).
  • Return for Refund: Handling Fee - 15% for 15 days/20% for 20 days.

We will process your refund within 7 business days after receiving your return. Please keep in mind your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.

 

What wigs can be returned?
Contact us within 7 days from the day you receive the hair, and ONLY eligible wigs can be exchange/returned. (Eligible wigs are wigs that have the lace fully intact and uncut, no damage or change to the hair or unit, have not been washed, no hair cut, no hair dye used, no alterations in any way whatsoever, etc)

Attention please:
1. A 10% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise, because EUROstyleWigs does not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
2. After 7 days of receipt by the customer, handling fees will be charged as per the amount of time that the unit has been in the customer’s possession (15% for 15 days/20% for 20 days). NO WIGS CAN BE RETURNED AFTER A MONTH.
3. Tracking number of the returned package needs to be provided within 7 days from the day CSR provides the return address. After 7 days we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no exchange/return is necessary.
4. Once the handling fee is applied and tracking number of returned wig is provided, any balance remaining will be refunded to your PayPal account.

*For those self-return or self-exchange items, our customer service has the right to refuse.

 

Repackage your item(s) as received from the manufacturer and include the completed Return Form (Please make your order number and return reason very clear).

  • ducts received by EUROstyleWigs.com will be returned to you at your cost. 

 

NOTE: We provide a wig cap in each shipment for use when trying the wig on for hygienic purposes. This helps to maintain the product’s eligibility for return. Use it with our compliments. You needn’t return it to us in the event you return any wigs.
